Unlike carpet or vinyl flooring, not only proper preparation is needed, and because our wood flooring is natural with each piece being different in variation, a consultation with a professional fitter prior to the fitting process is a must. Just like commissioning an oil painting, the master must first understand your vision before the brush touches the canvas.

Choose the Right Fitting Accessories
Using the right fitting accessories is a crucial part of a perfect fit. We have developed a range of fitting products for our floor coverings, from underlay to MS Polymer adhesives, to ensure the fitting process hassle-free and guarantee the best compatibility with our products.
Post Installation
Depends on the finishing, some of our products require further applications on the veneer before welcoming to foot traffic. We recommend to apply hard wax oil top of the wear layer so wood is nourished and added an extra layer of protection. Other precautions such as fitting coasters underneath your furniture or investing in a door mat are also helpful when comes to protecting your flooring. Maintenance Schedule
Your fitter should come up with a plan for the maintenance schedule based on the information you provided, such as the type of footwear you normally use, the volume of foot traffic on the floor, and the temperature and indoor humidity level of each room where the flooring is fitted.
